While we take our workouts seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Our goal is to have fun while building strength both in body and mind.

A little about us - we both started our lifting journeys a few years ago as a way to relieve stress. Like many, we found the weight room to be a great escape. But along the way, we realized something - we LOVE to eat! Picking up heavy things is awesome, but fueling our bodies with delicious food is another kind of awesome.

So now our days consist of crushing PRs in the gym followed by hunting down the best burritos, pizza, ice cream, you name it. You'll usually find us debating which spot has the fluffiest pancakes or analyzing the latest food trend. Cooking healthy(ish) meals is one of our favorite ways to spend an evening.

Through our journey, we've learned balance is key. It's possible to pursue fitness goals while still enjoying life's little indulgences. Our motto is "everything in moderation" which means 80/20 is just fine with us. Results may come slower this way, but we're in it for the long run.

We want to help others establish a mindset of balance too. On this page you'll find recipes, workout tips, nutrition hacks and most importantly - real life struggles and wins from two regular folks just trying to do our best.
